Brrrrrrrr.........

Turned out nice again  ?

Hope you haven't been too badly affected by the snow. We only had a light "dusting" overnight and it had all gone by dinnertime.

I'm delighted to report that the boarding kennels are no longer chimney-less (is there such a word??) thanks to a prompt visit by our heating engineers. Also in boarding, work is nearing completion with the tiling and I've been putting up a few picture today to brighten the place up.

It goes without saying that the rescue kennels have been full to capacity for a while now, as soon as we find homes for a couple there's another 10 waiting to take the places. It does seem to be the case everywhere at the moment from speaking to other rescues.

Away from the day to day work of rescuing collies the next few weeks are very busy for us. We have a small stand at the Boat, Caravan and Outdoor show at the NEC from the 19th to 24th February and then we're back at the NEC for Crufts a couple of weeks later. If you are going to either of those shows - do come along and see us.

We won't have all the usual goodies at the Boat, Caravan and Outdoor show , as this will be primarily a publicity stand but of course everything from our Collie shop will be available at Crufts. Hope to see you there.

Bye for now

Ben

PS - the next issue of Border Collie World is currently at the printers and should be on its way in the next week or so.
