Update on yesterdays story

I'm glad to say that the dog, Bess, who had a sudden fit yesterday is doing fine. Following a visit to the vet it does appear that she might have had a rare reaction to having been wormed earlier in the day, before she came to kennels. Unfortunately because she can be stressed in the kennels there may well have been a sudden reaction due to a combination of high stress levels and wormer.

She'll be spending the rest of her holiday in the conservatory - as a treat, and her owners can now at least relax a little.

Hopefully this was just a one off incident but we'll be keeping a very close eye on her I can assure you !!
